Does the host have to play?
No. Host only mode provides a moderator dashboard with every role and submitted action. Host also plays mode hides the secret roster and uses automatic flow.
Can the host also be a player?
Yes. Select Host also plays, keep the shared display open, and join the room separately from the host’s phone.
What happens if a player loses connection?
The game keeps the seat and role. The player can reconnect with the exact nickname and recovery code.
Can I add a Jester or other advanced roles?
Yes. Custom Edition contains every supported Town, Mafia and neutral role, with live balance guidance and room capacity up to 30 players.
Does the game require accounts?
No. Temporary room tokens and recovery codes are used instead.
Can a moderator control the timing?
Yes. Manual flow waits for the moderator. The dashboard can pause, resume, add time, advance phases, eliminate or restore players, restart or end the match.
How long is room data kept?
Rooms expire after inactivity and are removed by scheduled cleanup.
